Fit Form WOD Library Membership

The Fit Form Workout on Demand (WOD) Membership gives you access to 40+ video products now available in the 10+ courses. 2+ videos added per month.

 A course covers a movement topic like different levels of Pilates Mat. Some products detail specific Pilates exercises or popular fitness moves to "Perfect Your Movement". The products titled "Free Your ___" are great for decreasing discomfort and increasing mobility for specifics area. The idea is to use movement to reduce muscle-skeletal problem.
